LadipoDirect.com cannot verify the authenticity of any request posted by a buyer.

• All Price quotations are valid for 24 hours only unless otherwise stated.
• Buyers are advised to be as accurate as possible. LadipoDirect.com will not make monetary refunds for products already paid for that match the posted request. In the event that the buyer posted and paid for the wrong item, LadipoDirect.com can replace the item for the correct one at an additional delivery cost to the buyer provided the wrong item has not been tampered with and the price is the same. Where there is a difference in price, the buyer will make up the difference.
• LadipoDirect.com does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our collection center. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. In this situation, LadipoDirect.com does not take title to the refunded item.
• LadipoDirect.com will replace an item delivered to buyer at no extra cost to the buyer if the item delivered does not match the description posted by the buyer provided the item has not been tampered with.
• LadipoDirect.com acts only as agent to the various motor spare part suppliers.
  LadipoDirect.com reserves the right to remove any offensive item or claim that it considers false or misleading.
  LadipoDirect.com does not permit the request or otherwise of any pornographic material.
  LadipoDirect.com will treat every contact information posted by buyer as confidential. However LadipoDirect.com is not liable to unauthorised access to such information by persons who may use such information dubiously.

Users of this site agree that all transactions will be done in accordance with relevant laws of their country. LadipoDirect is not liable for any violation of such laws.LadipoDirect.com reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, Service Terms, and these Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

DISPUTES

• Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your use of any LadipoDirect.com Service, or to any products or services sold or distributed by LadipoDirect.com or through LadipoDirect.com will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court.
• There is no judge or jury in arbitration, and court review of an arbitration award is limited. However, an arbitrator can award on an individual basis the same damages and relief as a court (including injunctive and declaratory relief or statutory damages), and must follow the terms of these Conditions of Use as a court would.
• LadipoDirect.com is not liable for transactions that involve stolen items, prohibited items or unauthorised sales and services.
